By accessing and using this Web Site, you shall be deemed to have accepted to be legally bound by these Terms of Service Agreement. 1. General Terms of service

These Terms of Service Agreement may be changed from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and your use of this Web Site after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use and all of the changes.

2. Service Agreement

After registration as tutor, your service profile may be listed on the website or even sent to the student upon request. However, Gradtutors will not reveal any sensitive information of our tutors without your prior permission. We are committed to protect your privacy. Also, Gradtutors reserves the right to remove any accounts which are not genuinely created.

Payment of Salary

The salary period will be monthly basis or as agreed by both parties (student and tutor). Tutors will only receive 50% of tuition fee for the 1st salary period directly from the student. Another 50% will be payable by the student to the agency.

Confirmation of Tuition Assignment

Upon confirmation of an assignment, tutors who fail to turn up for the 1st tuition session without giving any notice will be required to pay a penalty to Gradutors.my for our coordination effort. Also, your tutor profile will be permanently removed from Gradtutors.my. This is necessary so that Gradtutors can continue to ensure the quality or our service.

Disclaimer

WIthin our limit, we shall protect our tutors' interest. However, Gradtutors will not be held responsible for any default of salary payment. Also, Gradtutors will not act as an arbitrator or mediator for any conflicts or disagreements that arise between the tutor and the student. Nevertheless, we are always prepared to offer our views and suggestions.

3. Content posted by tutors

Tutor Profile Information

Tutors are solely responsible for content posted online. Gradtutors.my administrator reserves all rights to review/edit your account, and delete any account not genuinely created. Content posted must not be offensive, harmful to the general public.

File Upload and sharing

This website also provides you the opportunity to share files among tutors

• You agree not to upload or distribute any files that are copyright protected by Intellectual laws
• You are prohibited from uploading files or materials that may contain viruses, trojan horse, corrupted files, or any other similar software that may damage the operation of our servers or other member's PC

4. Listing of tutor profiles

As a registered tutor, your profile may be listed on the site itself as well as presented to parents as they request for more information about you.

We offer 2 types of listing:

1. Homepage listing - Your profile will be featured on the homepage with a photo
2. Search listing - Parents/students/public can search into our database and find your profile

5. Assignment alerts

Ater registration, we will send out email alerts to your email address. You are required to login and check the assignment forum to post your applications. We may also contact you via phone for tuition assignment details.
