As a reliable tuition agency in Malaysia, we provide clear guidelines about our service policies below:

Service Guarantee:

If you are not happy with the newly engaged tutor, please let us know within 2 lessons after the commencement of 1st lesson. We will replace another tutor for you without charging any agency fee for the 1st tutor. However, you may need to pay for the 2 lessons to the 1st tutor. Pls note that it is not possible for us to guarantee the quality of tuors or whether they can commit to tutoring the student for a long time.

Payment of Tuition Agency Fee:

Gradtutors.com.my will collect a one time agency fee from the student 2 weeks after the 1st lesson has commenced. This amount will be 50% of tutors' agreed salary (for 1 salary period) with the student. This fee is merely a deduction from the tutor's initial salary, there is no additional charges collected from the student side. Also, this fee includes any transport or tutoring materials fees counted in the tutor's salary.

Example:

1 salary period consist of (4 lessons x 2 hours per lesson), with tuition fee = MYR40/hr

Tuition agency fee = 50% x (8 hours x MYR40) = MYR160

Payment Mode:

Please write the bank acc no. 101272161957 at the back of the cheque and drop your cheque into any Maybank quick cheque deposit box. You may notify us the payment date after that.

2) ATM Transfer/ Internet Banking-

Maybank Savings A/c No: 101272161957

Please email us the date paid and transaction reference number so that we can identify you as the payer. If possible, you may scan the receipt and send to us via email.

*We will acknowledge receipt via email once we have verified payment from you.

Additional Notes:

1) The tutor is required to call you to confirm the details of the assignment before the start of the lesson. Should you fail to hear from the tutor, please let us know.
2) The tutor is required to bring along his/her NRIC & original educational certificates for your verification.
3) Please get back to us by the 2nd lesson to provide feedback on the performance of the tutor.
4) We will collect the agency fee from the tutor if he/she does not turn up for the assignment.
